Have you ever made the decision to start weight training only to find it hard to continue the monotonous exercises?

Aerials are a full-body exercise that requires core strength. It especially uses the upper body, so it tightens up the upper arms, the back area where fat is hard to lose, and the abdominal muscles used to lift your legs. Have fun exercising while playing with the equipment, and when you're done, you'll feel like your whole body has been toned!

The sense of accomplishment of learning a technique is also great, and before you know it, you'll be able to dance a song☆

Why not try circus exercise, killing two birds with one stone?

Kick the wall and jump, or run like a pendulum. Since you hang from a harness, even those who are not confident in their muscle strength can participate!
Once you get used to it, it's a very pleasant aerial experience, with a floating, swaying, and dancing sensation like swinging on a swing.

Aerial dancing involves hanging from a ring with your feet, sitting and posing, and spinning on the ground. The pose that makes you look like you're sitting on the moon is surprisingly easy.

There will be plenty of support, so give it a try!

Would you like to experience what it's like to be on a trapeze at the circus?

Using the fabric of the hammock, you can relax and do stretching and exercise. For those who want to do daily body maintenance rather than dancing, or for those who want to stretch their body after class.
